You need an old bread trolly, some bits of old filing cabinet, some bricks, some wire mesh and a big bag of meat from Leeds market.

Cut away one of the fold down shelves from the trolly, but leave the one at the back, you can use that as a warming rack. Pack some bits of cabinet round the next shelf down; this is where you heat your coals. You can pad the base with bricks, to get the correct height. That's all there is to it really. Be sure to heat the grill through for a good while first, who knows maybe the fire will kill some germs? It's probably not safe to eat anything cooked on one of these grills. And fire is dangerous too.
